Dina

Our family owned small business has been serving our local community since 1993.  You may remember Teddy from training clients out of a few of our hometown gyms and Dina from leading the ZUMBA revolution to Palatka, teaching group fitness, and coaching weight loss and nutrition programs!

We FINALLY took the plunge in 2017 and opened our own facility to be able to fine tune and tailor our services to exactly what clients were asking for, and then some!
